OUR SERVICES
Individual Sessions
This is a 60-minute private session, available for military veterans, women, children, teens, and men. Individual Therapy (sometimes called “psychotherapy,” “talk therapy,” or “counseling”) is a process in which a client works one-on-one with a licensed therapist to explore an emotional, relationship, or mental health issue.
Group Sessions
Group Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that involves a therapist working with several people at the same time. A 90-minute session with a typical size range from 3-12 individuals and lasts for a designated period. The precise manner in which group sessions are conducted depends on the goal and focus of the group.
Family Sessions
Family Therapy, also called “family counseling,” is a form of treatment in which a licensed therapist helps a family address specific issues affecting the health and functioning of the family unit. We offer 90-minute sessions for a therapist to partner with the family to help improve communication, solve problems, understand and improve family dynamics. By focusing on these core issues, the therapist will be able to facilitate habits within the family of deeper empathy, reduce conflict, and create a better-functioning home environment.
Teletherapy
Teletherapy, also called “Virtual Therapy” or “Telehealth,” allows a therapist to meet with clients using web-based video conferencing technology and is HIPAA compliant. Teletherapy provides a convenient alternative to face-to-face office visits.People seek therapy for a variety of reasons. No matter what the circumstance is, asking for help can be one of the hardest yet most rewarding decisions you can make for yourself.
